SPEAKER: Prof. Yangyang Chen
Biography:Dr. Yangyang Chen is an Associate Professor at the School of Accounting and Finance of Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He received his PhD from University of Melbourne and worked at Monash University from 2011 to 2015. His research interests are in corporate finance and financial accounting, including management compensation, corporate innovation, audit quality and pricing, earnings management, stock price crash risk and so on. His works have been published or accepted inThe Accounting Review,Journal of Financial Economics,Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis,Contemporary Accounting Research, Review of Accounting Studiesetc.

简介：陈旸旸博士现任香港理工大学会计和金融学院副教授。陈教授于澳大利亚墨尔本大学获得博士学位，并曾于2011-2015年间在澳大利亚莫纳什大学工作。陈教授的研究主要集中在公司金融，金融会计，高管薪酬，公司创新，审计质量和定价。他的研究成果发表在多个国际金融和会计顶级刊物，包括The Accounting Review,Journal of Financial Economics,Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis,Contemporary Accounting Research, Review of Accounting Studies等。
