2nd International Workshop on Optimal (Re)Insurance Beijing, China
Optimal (re)insurance is one of popular research topics in insurance economics and actuarial science. Karl Borch and Kenneth Arrow established the foundation works in 1960s. Since then, the related study has attracted great attentions from both academics and practitioners. To promote further development of the research in this field, China Institute for Actuarial Science (CIAS) is going to hold the Second International Workshop on Optimal (Re)Insurance on July 13-14, 2018. We aim to gather leading researchers around the world in this field to share their research advances.
The first workshop was held by CIAS on May 25, 2014. We invited researchers from Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. This year, more international experts are going to join. We will provide ample room for discussion and communication.
