美国阿拉巴马大学金融学博士。担任中央财经大学中国金融发展研究院助理教授。美国金融协会、美国金融管理研究协会、南方金融协会成员。
主要研究方向：行为公司财务、商业道德、公司治理、内幕交易、财务报表和监管等。
教学方向：投资、公司金融、金融市场与机构、行为金融。
