课程简介：识别问题（Identification）是涉及到计量经济学、应用微观经济学和应用宏观经济学领域的重要研究内容。已有的大量文献中出现了众多不同的识别术语，包括集合识别（set identification）、因果识别（causal identification）、局部识别（local identification）、弱识别（weak identification）以及无穷识别（identification at infinity）等。本课程将在一个统一的框架下，对多个与识别有关的术语进行了梳理和比较，并讨论其应用于不同模型时的区别和联系，从而避免在研究中的误用。此外，Lewbel教授还将分享英文学术论文的写作和发表经验。

教授简介：Arthur Lewbel教授，波士顿学院Barbara A. and Patrick E. Roche讲习教授，美国计量经济学协会院士（Econometric Society Fellow），计量经济学期刊（Econometric Theory）编委、研究员，商业和经济统计期刊（Journal of Business and Economic Statistics）的前任联合编委，在应用微观经济学和计量经济学领域享有盛名。Lewbel教授发表的多篇学术文章都颇具影响力，在经济学公认的五大期刊—Econometrica, Journal of Political Economy, American Economic Review, Quarterly Journal of Economics, Review of Economic Studies 发表论文20余篇。Lewbel教授还获得计量经济学期刊（Econometric Theory）颁发的Econometric Theory MultaScripsit Award奖项，在Coupe世界顶级经济学家名单中排名第30位。2015年，诺贝尔委员会引用了三篇Lewbel教授的论文来解释Angus Deaton的诺贝尔经济学奖的影响力和重要性。
