讲座摘要:

Trust management is an important research area in computer science. In this talk, we will introduce how this area emerged, the definitions of trust and the categories of trust management. In addition, some research works on trust management in social networks and e-commerce will be introduced. In particular, this talk will introduce a heuristic algorithm for trust-oriented service provider selection in complex social networks and a context-aware approach to computing transaction reputation profile. This talks will also introduce the application of PhD scholarship and the cotutelle PhD program.

可信计算/可信管理是近年来计算机科学领域一个重要的研究方向。本次报告将首先介绍该领域的起源、信誉度的定义和可信计算研究的分类。此外，还将介绍社会网络和电子商务中可信计算的一些进展。其中包括一个复杂社会网络中查找可信service provider的启发式算法，和一个电子商务中卖家reputation profile的计算方法。本次报告也将介绍澳洲麦考瑞大学(Macquarie)的博士生全奖和双博士计划的申请事宜。

主讲人简介:

Dr Yan Wang is an Associate Professor and HDR (Higher Degree Research) Director in the Department of Computing, Macquarie University (MQ), Australia. He received his B. Eng, M. Eng and Doctorate Degree from Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT), China. Prior to joining Macquarie University in 2003, he was a Postdoctoral Fellow/Research Fellow at National University of Singapore (NUS). He is now an Adjunct Professor of HIT.

Dr Yan Wang has published a number of research papers in prestigious international journals and conferences. His research interests cover trust management, social computing, services computing, and recommender systems.

Dr. Yan's research team received the Best Paper Award from prestigious IEEE SCC2010 and IEEE TrustCom2012 respectively, and the Best Student Paper Award from prestigious IEEE ICWS2016. His PhD students received the nomination of Australasian Distinguished Doctoral Dissertation in 2011，2013 and 2017 respectively.

Dr. Yan Wang is now serving on the editorial boards of several international journals, including IEEE Trans. on Services Computing (TSC). He has served as the General Chair or Program Chair of a number of international conferences. He received the 2017 Outstanding Service Award from IEEE Technical Committee on Services Computing.

王岩(主页：http://comp.mq.edu.au/~yanwang/)于哈工大获得博士学位，曾在新加坡国立大学进行博士后研究工作。他目前是澳大利亚 Macquarie大学计算机系的副教授，并主管研究生事务 (HDR Director), 也担任哈尔滨工业大学的客座教授，主要从事可信计算，社会网络，服务计算，和推荐系统等方面的研究。近年来论文主要发表在AAAI, AAMAS, IEEE SCC, IEEE ICWS, ICSOC等会议, 和 IEEE Trans. on Services Computing (TSC), IEEE Trans. on Knowledge and Data Engineering (TKDE) 和ACM Trans. on the Web (TEB)等期刊上。

王岩博士的研究团队分别获得IEEE SCC2010和IEEE TrustCom2012最佳论文奖, 和IEEE ICWS2016最佳学生论文奖。他的3名博士生分别获得2011年和2013年澳大利亚优秀博士论文提名。

王岩博士目前是IEEE Trans. on Services Computing (TSC), 和Springer关于服务计算和社会网络的两个国际期刊的编委。他曾担任多个国际会议的大会主席或程序委员会主席，并获得2017年IEEE服务计算委员会杰出服务奖。
